World Post Day is marked on October 9 to acknowledge the postal system and the role it still plays in the everyday lives of people and businesses.We might not be aware of it in this age of e-communication, but the postal network is the largest system of logistics globally, and provides more than 1.5 million people all around the world with access to basic financial services. And so, it deserves to be celebrated!
