International Women in Engineering Day celebrates globally on 23rd of June every year. It is an international awareness campaign to upheave the profile of women in engineering. This year the theme is ‘Engineering Heroes’ recognizing the astonishing work that women are doing in engineering, contributing equally to development besides men and performing a key role in Science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM).Keeping in view, the women's achievements in science and engineering, Salim Habib University, strongly encourages the female students to be the part of this exciting discipline (Biomedical Engineering) , ? that opens the door of various career opportunities around the globe.
